This PU foam gun is designed for the professional application of
polyurethane foam assembling, filling and general purposes. It is
highly suitable for the environment-friendly low-cost use of
polyurethane foam bottles. The gun is suitable for controlling
spray and accurate filling of joints, making it fast, simple,
accurate and safe to mount components such as door and window
frames.

Plastic Air Foam Gun G-6 Application Range:
1. Fire block
Seal plumbing venting systems, seal plumbing penetrations, seal
concealed electrical penetrations,
Seal recessed light fixtures, seal duct work penetrations between
floors

Insulate and seal corners of joining materials, insulate wall
cavities, insulate and seal ceiling floor,

Introduction :
1. Rocking the pu foam pot harshly before setting on the pistole.
2. Rolling the pu foam pot to the adapter(not too tight).
3. Pull the trigger and let the pu foam flow out for 2 seconds in
order to fill the gun barrel with pu foam without air or other gas.
4. The pu foam pot should be vertical to the earth level when
working
5. Control the pu foam flowing rate by adjusting the adjustment
wheel.
6. Rock a new pu foam pot beforing changing it and put the new one
on the gun as soon as the old one is put down(in 1 minute).
7. No other substances is allowed to get into the adapter when
changing the pu foam pot, since it would stick the gun inside if
something goes in.
8. Not seperated, the gun and the pu foam pot should both be put
vertically when not working.
9. For washing and cleaning, the detergent should be put inside
immediately after taking down the pu foam pot and should not be
taken away until working next time.
10. Fix the needle on the nozzle when working. But note: The needle
should be taken apart from the gun and cleaned, and no hardware is
allowed to clean the needle, since it may hurt the needle and lead
to leakage.

A: 1. before use, shake up the foam tank top and bottom to 1 minute
2. screw the tank to the adaptor, remember not too tight
3. press the trigger, let the foam flow for 10 seconds to eliminate
the air in the barrel
4. if you want to contral the output of foam, you can adjust the
adjusting screw, the tighter the adjusting screw,
the less the output.
5. after use, you should clean up the foam gun with cleaning agent.
